The Cognitive Tests We Use Includes:
-
Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA)
-
Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST)
-
Trail Making Test
-
Decision Making Scale
-
Cognitive Failure Questionnaire (CFQ)
Each test is chosen for its unique strengths and how well it complements the overall assessment strategy.

1. Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA)
The MoCA sensitivity and broad scope makes it a fundamental part of neuropsychological evaluation. It evaluates the ability to focus on tasks and sustain attention, assesses skills related to planning, organization, and abstract thinking, and also tests both short-term and delayed recall abilities.
2. Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST)
The WCST assesses high-level cognitive processes and essential for achieving success in various aspects of life. It measures the ability to shift thinking in response to changing demands, evaluates understanding and application of abstract concepts, and assesses how well an individual develops and applies strategies to solve problems.

3. Trail Making Test
The Trail Making Test assesses the ability to visually scan and process information quickly, measures the capacity to adapt to changing task demands and evaluates planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

4. Decision Making Scale (DMS)
The DMS measures decision-making skills by evaluating how individuals weigh options and consider consequences. evaluates an individual's decision-making process, including their ability to weigh options, assess risks, choice confidence, decision speed, and make informed choices.

5. Cognitive Failure Questionnaire (CFQ)
The CFQ is a self-reported measure assessing everyday cognitive lapses and their impact on daily functioning. Understanding these lapses allows for targeted interventions to improve attention, memory, and task execution, leading to enhanced performance and well-being.
